Aspermont
One of the reasons I am passionate about this project is because I want to make people aware of these unique buildings and hopefully help in some way to protect them from being demolished or falling into disrepair. They represent a very interesting era of our history and I enjoy everyone I see. This one was destroyed when a drunk driver ran into it. A simple fence could have prevented this from happening. This photo is courtesy of Darryl Pearsons. There is a very interesting historic jail in town that is still standing although its condition is not very good (See Other Jails).
